Bonne Voisine · Aube

A long-term agricultural platform.

KEROC Group’s agricultural activities extend across approximately 900 hectares on the Champagne plain in the Aube department of France, centred on the Bonne Voisine agricultural platform.

The platform combines agricultural land ownership, farming operations and the evaluation of complementary agro-industrial, renewable-energy and infrastructure projects.

Agriculture & agro-industry

Farming supported by patient ownership.

Decisions are assessed according to agronomic conditions, crop rotation, equipment, labour, weather risk, commodity exposure and long-term soil quality. The Group’s ownership horizon supports investment in land, buildings, equipment and infrastructure where economically justified.

Complementary opportunities include storage, handling, processing, agricultural logistics, energy-efficient drying, local energy generation and technology supporting productivity. Each project must demonstrate genuine operating demand and a viable independent business model.

International agriculture

A long-standing agricultural presence in the Republic of the Congo.

Through its interest in TOLONA, KEROC Group is involved in an agricultural operation active since 2011, with a concession covering approximately 20,000 hectares. The concession consists of savanna land and its agricultural development does not involve deforestation. Approximately 150 hectares of mango orchards have already been planted, increasing tree cover and contributing to local land-restoration and reforestation efforts.

The project is being repositioned toward oilseed production under a commercial relationship with Eni’s agricultural feedstock programme, supporting traceable biofuel value chains, productive land use and local agricultural activity.
